About The Band
Form of Expression is an experiment in original music written by crossing genres. Everything from folk, rock, rock opera, soul to blues, reggae, funk, jazz, latin and everything cool and creative This band embodies their namesake. F.O.E. is brought to all who catch it by Hand Made Music. Productions.
The band came together in the summer of 2017 hanging out and jamming together with founding members Matt Brennan rythym guitar/Vox and Billee Dodson Bass/vox. Locals know old town Manassas had tons of live outdoor music in those days. F.O.E. Is working to redefine its approach to live performance and writing more original music in the studio. Also adding really high caliber players like Colin James/keys and a few reallly good Sax players. Also an occasional guest performance by the great Nicholas Soderstrom on bass and Jon Model on drums.
The band is already well on its way to establishing itself as a powerful and definitive live act and adding new fans everywhere they play. We wish everyone out there who is starving for live performances like we are starving to play, to please be safe and be well as we all figure out how best to create music and the best ways to bring it to the people.
